These terms are an agreement between you and Made on Merit Systems Inc. ("Made on Merit", "we", "us"), a Canadian corporation. By using madeonmerit.com or the Made on Merit administration application, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use them for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
This website introduces Made on Merit's business operating platform for established electrical contractors. Information, interface previews, scenarios, sample calculations and examples are provided for evaluation and discussion. This website is not a contracting or purchasing portal.
Product screens and Connected Journey examples are illustrative. References to crew coordination, approvals, messaging, purchases or AI execution show operating boundaries, not transactions performed in a real client environment. No operational instruction should be inferred from an illustration.
When you contact us through our enquiry form or by email, you agree to provide accurate information and to avoid sending sensitive personal information. We use what you send as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either party.
The Made on Merit administration application is available only to people we authorize. You must keep your sign-in secure and use the application only for Made on Merit business. When you sign in with Google or connect Gmail or Google Calendar, you also remain subject to Google's terms, and we handle the information we receive from Google as described in our Privacy Policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect these services at any time.
You may not misuse this website or the application, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security or availability, submitting automated or fraudulent enquiries, sending unlawful or harmful content, or copying or scraping content in bulk.
Businesses remain responsible for validating source records, setting approval limits, supervising staff, confirming professional obligations and authorizing consequential decisions. AI-generated analysis can be mistaken or incomplete and must be reviewed when stakes require human judgment.
Membership tiers, implementation packages, release bundles, hosting, maintenance, deliverables and fees are governed by a separate written order or signed agreement, which takes precedence over these website terms. No website illustration or calculator result creates a purchase obligation, guaranteed feature availability, automatic renewal or right to production access.
Branding, software, designs and explanatory material belong to Made on Merit or their applicable owners unless a written agreement says otherwise. Customer records and customer-specific permissions require documented handling terms. No license to copy or redistribute source software or content is granted by using this website.
Third-party services, including Google and any service connected under a separate agreement, have their own terms, security measures, outages and fees. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we link to or integrate with. Connection scopes and authorized actions must be explicitly approved before any real data access or external execution.
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Product features, delivery dates, operating models and examples are subject to design review and technical acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, where Made on Merit Systems Inc. maintains its registered office, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules.
