What we are
We partner with businesses making the leap into the future of business: we teach the model (Learn), install it where it counts (Launch), operate it with you (Run), and, in time, open it to people who want to build on it (Master). The work orders itself by the Merit Sequence: easier to run, easier to trust, more profitable, then ready to grow. We keep few partnerships, we show our work with labels instead of gloss, and we expect to be judged by what your business becomes.
Why "Made on Merit"
It is an ethos with you as the subject: the businesses we serve were built on real work, and what we install has to be earned the same way: no shortcuts sold as magic, no results claimed before they exist. And it is a standard we hold our own platform to: it wins the job on merit, or it does not get the job.
The operator behind it
I'm Kyrle Symons, founder of Made on Merit.
I spent years in military operations, where I learned what clear authority, checklists, and evidence do for high-consequence work. Then I spent nine years building a renewable-energy service business: crews, contracts, payroll, growth. I built it the old way, on effort, memory, and me. It grew. Growth hid the fragility. I lost that business trying to run tomorrow’s company on yesterday’s model, and I carried the lesson personally and expensively.
Since then: graduate-level executive coaching training at Royal Roads University, and years of building AI-operated business systems, hands on keyboard, for real service businesses. The scar tissue, the coaching discipline, and the builder’s craft are the company.
The other thing you should know: I am not the product. Made on Merit is built so the model, the platform, and eventually a community of practitioners carry the value. The founder’s job is to get it right early and then get out of the critical path.
