Launch turns understanding into operating capability. Not the whole company at once: one meaningful operating problem, one capability installed properly, with the workflows, decision rights, governance, software, and role changes it needs, and measurement from day one.

What a first Launch looks like: scoped before we start, typically weeks to a few months. It ends with the capability holding in real operation without heroics, the operating decisions written down, and evidence of what changed.

The Founding Partner window: our first wave of partnerships is deliberately small: five to ten businesses receiving unusually high access and influence in exchange for early commitment and honest evidence. When these seats are taken, Launch scheduling depends on capacity, and we will say so plainly.

Commercial shape: a scoped, fixed engagement, typically five figures. Serious conversations get real numbers.

Run is where the model becomes how the company operates. The platform underneath keeps your shared reality current, your capabilities governed, your evidence accumulating, and keeps gaining useful capability over time, without forcing you into one AI provider or an in-house software team.

Run is young, and we say so: its foundation is in live client operation today, and Run as a standing partnership opens with our Founding Partners, operated closely, growing a capability at a time. That closeness is the point of being early.

Commercial shape: a monthly operating partnership, sized to the footprint we run.

Run follows Launch. There is nothing to buy here today without a launched capability, on purpose.

Master is the advanced layer: sophisticated client teams, builders, implementers, and eventually certified practitioners who extend and govern the model themselves. It is not open yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
