Work
The work, shown honestly.
We are early, and we will not fake otherwise. No invented logos, no purchased testimonials, no mockups dressed as products. What you will find here: real working surfaces from real builds, labeled for exactly what they are.
How we label
- built for a client engagement
- Real system, real operation, shown anonymized, details shared with permission only.
- demonstration build
- Our full working build for a real trade scenario, running entirely on synthetic data. Everything works; nobody’s private business is on display.
- our own module
- Tooling we build and run for ourselves, shown as-is.
- in development
- Exists, incomplete, and we say so.
Pattern one · The live map of a business
built for a client engagement, shown anonymized
One screen where the pipeline actually lives: left to right is progress, top to bottom is heat, and attention halos mark what needs a human now. Leads arrive from every source into one place, get scored, and move toward commitment: agreement, deposit, enrollment. What it changed: interest stopped dying in inboxes, and follow-up stopped depending on a good week. An anonymized capture lands here as its clearance does; the pattern is in operation today.
Pattern two · A release decision, with receipts
demonstration build, synthetic data
Before crews roll, six readiness checks run: materials, inventory truth, dependencies, schedule. A named authority reviews and releases, and the record keeps who authorized what, on which evidence, under which rule, at what time. What it demonstrates: authority made explicit, and "we think we’re good" retired.
Pattern three · The field, assisted
demonstration build, synthetic data
A foreman asks for material in plain language from a phone. The system checks stock truth, reserves what is real, finds nearby stock, routes exceptions to one owner, and keeps the requester informed. What it demonstrates: assisted execution that field people actually use, at 390 pixels wide, mid-job.
Pattern four · A scoreboard that cannot lie
our own module
Our operating scoreboard marks every number it shows as one of four states: live, partial, manual, or unavailable. If the data is not trustworthy, the scoreboard says so instead of decorating. We run our own business on this discipline; partners get the same honesty. A capture lands here with its next release.
The discipline underneath
These figures are from our actual repositories, restated at publish time:
- Ten-thousand-plus automated tests passing on our largest build
- Two-hundred-plus database migrations on the platform lineage
- Twenty evidence-gated steps in the demonstration walkthrough, each requiring proof before the next
- Every mutating operation gated by authority checks and recorded
If seeing a specific capability closer would change your decision, ask in a partnership conversation. Some things we can show live; some things belong to our partners and stay theirs.
